Rhema Trades - Booking Policy for Day Trading LessonsThank you for choosing Rhema Trades to enhance your day trading skills. Please review our booking policy below:1. Booking and Payment:All lesson packages and individual sessions must be booked and paid for in full in advance through our designated booking platform Setmore.We accept payments made through Stripe, Wise, or setmore booking website.Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email from us. Please note that all purchases are non-refundable.2. Scheduling and Rescheduling:Individual 1-Hour Sessions: Once booked, the session time is reserved exclusively for you.Package Deals (2-Hour, 3-Hour, 5-Hour, 10-Hour):The total number of hours in your package must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.Individual sessions within a package must be scheduled in advance through our booking platform.Rescheduling of individual sessions requires at least 2 hours prior notice via Setmore booking platform or directly through the discord.Rescheduling by You: If you need to reschedule a confirmed session, please do so via Setmore at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the session being forfeited.Rescheduling by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date and time.3. Cancellations and No-Shows:Cancellation or No-Show by You: If you cancel a scheduled session or fail to attend without providing the required 2 hours notice, the session and any associated package hours will be forfeited without credit or refund.4. Cancellation by Us:If we need to cancel a session, the session fee will be credited towards a future booking. No refunds will be issued.5. Lateness:If you are late for a scheduled session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the lost time will not be compensated.6. Package Expiry:Any unused hours within a package after the 3-month expiry date will be forfeited.7. Changes to the Policy:We reserve the right to modify this booking policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.By booking a lesson with Rhema Trades, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this booking policy.Rhema Trades
